Angel Question

i have always wondered if vampires can enter rented or leased property? i mean if someone rents does that still make it their house.

is the expression a vampire can't enter your house without being invited or can't enter your home without being invited. different.

sorry if everyone is very confused but if you think about it they are different and the other thing is how about the loop holes of title deeds and stuff. okay to complicated. just want to know ppls opinions :)

As long as it's private property then they have to be invited in... a rented home is private property; it's not a public space where all are welcome. So I don't think it matters if the person owns the house or not... because it doesn't have to be the owner doing the inviting.

We've seen examples of people inviting vampires in when they live in the house but don't own it. Buffy invited both Angel and Spike into her home but it would have been her mother who owned it. Similarly, she could invite Angel into her dorm room which I'm pretty sure would be rented. So I suppose the tenant's invite is the one which counts
